GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 lg. eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
1/2 to 1 c. nut meats

Beat eggs and salad oil until foamy. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, soda and salt. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
