CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 boned chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry sherry cooking wine
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft buttered bread cubes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli

Cook chicken breast, cool and remove skin and bone. Prepare broccoli as directed on package, drain. Lay drained broccoli in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with chicken. Combine soup, wine, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Place bread crumbs on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
