CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. tub whipped topping
Chocolate frosting (homemade or prepared)

Line bottom of cake pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding by directions on box. Fold in whipped topping with pudding. Layer pudding and crackers (2 layers of pudding and 3 layers of crackers). Frost with chocolate frosting and refrigerate.

If you pop the can of frosting in the microwave for about 20 seconds then pour the frosting on top of the second layer of crackers before you refrigerate, it hardens up the frosting for a texture like a real eclair! YUM!!!
