CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PUDDING CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. boxes French vanilla pudding
3 c. whole milk
8 oz. whipped topping

ICING:

1 stick butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar

Line bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with one third of the graham crackers. Mix the dry pudding mix with milk until set. Add whipped topping and mix together. Pour half of the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and pour rest of pudding on top. Top with remaining crackers and ice with following recipe:

Mix butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar. Mix. Spread over top layer of graham crackers in above recipe.
