TERIYAKI STEAK PINWHEELS 
1 lg. flank steak
1 c. minced onion
Toothpicks
Optional parsley flakes
1 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce

Use beef or calf (tenderized or not) flank steak. Marinate in both sauces 1-24 hours in advance. Lay steak on chopping block and sprinkle with minced onion, optional parsley flakes and pepper. Roll horizontally and secure with toothpicks. Cut between toothpicks. Place in shallow pan and place under broiler for about 10 minutes. Turn once and serve immediately.
