GREEN TOMATO BAKE 
8 c. green tomatoes, diced & unpeeled
2 onions, chopped
5 slices bacon
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup

In large pan fry bacon and drain on paper towels. Saute tomatoes and onions in bacon fat, 10 to 12 minutes (medium heat), stirring often. Blend well with bacon and add soup and mix. Bake, uncovered in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
