4 c. corn
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Add corn, milk, and seasoning. Place in a baking dish, cover and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and add butter. For variation: 1 chopped green pepper may be added to the corn before baking.
