EASY EGG DROP SOUP FOR ONE 
1 c. boiling water
1 packet chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 egg
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine water, chicken broth and parsley flakes and bring to a rolling boil. In a small bowl, break egg and beat until blended. Holding bowl approximately 10 inches above the pan, slowly pour the egg into the liquid. As soon as the egg has been added the soup is done.
