EGG DROP SOUP 
3 c. clean chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. chopped onion or scallions
1 egg, beaten
Water

Boil broth. Add butter. Mix cornstarch with a little water. Add to broth to thicken. While stirring with fork, slowly add beaten egg. Sprinkle soup with chopped onions. 2 servings.
