HOT BEEF DIP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. (sm. jar) chopped dried beef
1 (3 oz.) can dried mushrooms
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in milk and cream cheese. Mix until well blended and add remaining ingredients. Serve on toasted rye rounds or other crackers.
