HOT BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dried beef, cut into sm. pieces
Chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Mix above except pecans and butter. Put in baking and serving dish. Top with chopped pecans browned in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot on crackers.
