HOT BEEF PECAN DIP 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Toast above ingredients and set aside. 1 sm. onion, grated 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped fine

Mix remaining ingredients and place in 8 inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or at room temperature. Spread on crackers of your choice.
