EASY LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce (i.e., Ragu)
6 oz. lasagne noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add beef to spaghetti sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix together cottage cheese and egg. Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese in greased 10 x 6 inch baking dish, making two layers of each, ending with the Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
