PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Garlic salt

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain. Spoon beef into 8 inch baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
