MEXICAN CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn bread mix
2 c. cream style corn
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 Jalapenos
1 c. grated cheese

Mix corn bread by package direction. Add corn. Brown hamburger meat. Add onion and peppers; cook until onion is done. Put half of the corn bread mixture in a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over it and add cheese. Top with the rest of the corn bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
