ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. water
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. green beans
2 c. sliced cantaloupe
1 med. tomato, coarsely chopped
2 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine
Vinegar
4 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Pour wine and water over chicken. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add beans and simmer 5 more minutes. Drain. When cool, slice chicken into strips. Place in bowl with vegetables and fruit. Toss with dressing.
