1 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill or thyme or parsley
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
Dash of Tabasco sauce

In small bowl, with wooden spoon, beat butter until fluffy. Beat in rest of ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Turn into gift container. Refrigerate, covered. Makes 1 cup.
