HERB BUTTER 
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. rosemary
1 c. butter

Cream herbs and butter together well. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre on freshly baked bread, over fresh vegetables, on grilled steak, or on fresh seafood.
