STUFFED CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices honey ham
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
garlic salt

Pound each chicken breast into long thin pieces. Place 1 piece of ham and cheese on each chicken breast. Fold chicken breast in half.

Garlic salt each side of chicken. Place chicken in hot pan with a small amount of oil. Cook chicken until done, turning often (medium high heat; 20 minutes).
