SMOKED TURKEY 
1 turkey
2 stalks celery
2 sticks butter
1 onion
Pecan wood
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper

Stuff turkey with onion, celery and butter. Sprinkle bird with garlic, salt and pepper. Put in foil pan. Cover with foil. Cook in smoker or on pit, covered until butter melts, uncover and baste often. Done when leg lose in socket. Smoke last hour with pecan wood. Will brown beautifully.
