4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Boil in large pan, stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Pour immediately over and stir altogether:

3 cubes butter, cut up
3 (6 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Pour into buttered 9x13 or larger pan. Makes a large batch.
