SHERRY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms (optional)

Brown chicken in butter. Make sauce of soup, sour cream and sherry. Add mushrooms. Put chicken in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

Serves 4 to 6.
