SHERRY MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 garlic clove, crushed or finely minced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. dry sherry
1 tsp. salt
1 broiler-fryer (2 1/2 or 3 lbs.), cut up
Paprika to taste

Combine first five ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan. Marinate in the refrigerator at least three hours, turning often. Sprinkle with paprika. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and bake until tender, about 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
