SHERRIED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
2/3 c. cooking white sherry wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch salt and white pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

1. Grease baking dish, arrange chicken in dish.

2. Mix soup and sherry wine in bowl.

3. Chop onion and garlic, sprinkle over chicken.

4. Add mixed vegetables, pour soup mixture over evenly.

5. Sprinkle with paprika.
