SHERRY CHICKEN 
4 deboned and skinned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt and pepper
Crab (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)

Brown chicken breasts slowly over medium heat in butter, approximately 20-30 minutes. Add soup, cream, sherry and seasoning. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Top with crab or mushrooms. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
