HOT CHICKEN OR SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, crab or shrimp
2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 onion, grated
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in casserole or individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
