LOW-CAL ORIENTAL CABBAGE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced onions
6 c. shredded cabbage, 1/4" thick
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 packet or cube beef broth
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. water

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender (5 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Add cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, until cabbage is tender (20 minutes). Stir occasionally.
