LOWFAT, HEART SMART APPLE SALAD 
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
8 red delicious apples, cut up bite size
8 oz. can pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg (mix good)
8 oz. Cool Whip, lite
1 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts (if desired)
1 c. wheat germ (if desired n place of peanuts)

Cook flour, sugar, egg and pineapple juice and vinegar, medium heat until set. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix rest of ingredients. Top with cherries. Keep refrigerated. Delicious!
