BOB'S RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pecans
20 crushed Ritz crackers

Whip egg whites until thick, add sugar (mix white and brown sugar), vanilla, pecans and crackers. Pour into greased pie pan; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. After cooling, add whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

I saute pecans in equal amounts of butter and salt.
