RITZ CRACKER WALNUT PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
14 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat egg whites to soft peaks, add sugar and baking powder. Beat until stiff, fold in crushed crackers, nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 8 inch pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool completely. Cover with whipped cream and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
