RITZ CRACKER PIE | |
3 eggs whites, beaten stiff 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 20 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. ground or finely chopped nuts (I use pecans) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Whip 1 cup whipping cream with sugar and vanilla to taste. When pie is cool, spread whip mix on top, let chill at least 2 hours. 8 or 9 inch pie. |
