RITZ CRACKER PIE 
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. butter
24 Ritz crackers

Boil sugar, water and cream of tartar for 2 minutes. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Place crackers in unbaked pie shell. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
