BLONDE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag (6 oz.) Heath brickle or chocolate chips

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream butter. Add sugars and cream well. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Spread batter in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until done. When cool, cut into bars.

May be frosted when cool with a white or chocolate butter frosting before cutting. Sprinkle more Heath brickle on top.
