PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. Pat out into 2 pizza pans. Brown lightly in 375 degree oven. Add toppings and bake.
