NAPA VALLEY BARBECUE 
1 lb. pork or beef
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. bottle catsup
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Paprika to taste

Boil meat until tender. Cut in cubes. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Simmer 1 hour. Serve on buns. Yield 12 servings.
