10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, onion. Beat milk, eggs, and baking mix. Pour into pie plate with broccoli, cheese and onion. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, then pour rest of cheese on top until melted.
