BLENDER BANANA BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 med. bananas
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

In bowl combine flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar and set aside. In blender, combine eggs, sugar, bananas and butter. Blend until mixed. Pour over dry ingredients and stir enough to moisten. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
