JIFFY BANANA BREAD | |
4 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 4 beaten eggs 1 c. sour cream 2 c. mashed bananas 1 c. chopped nuts In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine biscuit mix, sugar, flour and soda. Combine eggs and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients with mashed bananas. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack. |
