BOJANGLES BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. shortening
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. buttermilk

Mix flour and shortening and sugar. Add buttermilk. Knead on floured towel about 1 or 2 minutes and roll out to about 3/4 inch thick. Dip in melted butter and place on baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees until brown, then brush with rest of butter.
