LOUISIANA PORK CHOP CREOLE 
6 center pork chops
1 1/2 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Long grain rice

Brown pork chops in oil, remove from pan and saute onions and green pepper in oil. Place pork chops in pan over onions and pepper. Add tomatoes, and tomato sauce and water. Simmer slowly over low heat for 1 hour. Serve chops and gravy over rice.
