LIVER & ONIONS | |
First you chop a whole lot of onions. Dredge liver in seasoned flour. Brown lightly, remove from pan. Fill pan with chopped onions and lay liver over top. Cover with tight lid - turn on low and simmer about an hour minimum. The onions are the best part!! |
