FRUIT SCONES 
8 oz. (1 c.) flour
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 oz. (1/4 c.) butter
Handful (1/2 c.) raisins
Enough milk to moisten dough, 1/3 c.

Rub butter into dry ingredients. Stir milk in with fork. Add raisins. Drop from spoon or roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy with a good cup of tea.
