SAUSAGE - APPLE BALLS 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. grated unpeeled apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. apple pie spice

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
