SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick mix or biscuit flour, self-rising

Mix all ingredients well. Roll in balls about the size of large marbles. (Roll in the palm of hand to make tighter, and they won't spread out so much when baking.) Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until brown. Keep warm in chafing dish and serve with toothpicks. Makes about 190 depending on size of balls. May be frozen before cooking. Freeze on cookie sheet and then put into plastic bag.
