RASPBERRY AMBROSIA 
1/4 lb. marshmallows
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. heavy cream
Grated coconut

Quarter marshmallows. Mix well with raspberries and lemon juice and chill. Whip cream until it begins to thicken and fold in just before serving. Sprinkle with coconut. Serves 6.
