1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding (chocolate)
3 c. hot milk

Mix flour, nuts, and butter with hands and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and let cool. Whip cheese and sugar; fold in Cool Whip and spread over layer above. Beat together pudding and hot milk; spread over 2nd layer. Then top with remainder of Cool Whip.
