1 frozen pkg. chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped

Melt butter and put 1/2 in mixture and pour 1/2 top. Mix broccoli, cheese, cornbread mix and eggs and 1/2 of butter and onion. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 400 degrees until done.
