BUTTERSCOTCH CANDY 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can shoe string potatoes

Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted. Mix well. Add nuts and potatoes. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
