STRAWBERRY SWIRL 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 lb. marshmallows (about 38)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream, whipped or Dream Whip

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press mixture in 8 inch square pan. Chill. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until thick and syrupy. Add strawberries.

Meanwhile, heat marshmallows in milk over medium heat until melted. Cool well. Fold cooled mixture into whipping cream. Spread half marshmallow mixture over crumbs. Spoon gelatin mixture on top. Top with remaining marshmallow mixture. Use spatula to swirl layers to give marbled effect. Chill until set.
