FRESH PEACH SURPRISE 
1 angel food cake (lg.), cut into bite size pieces

Layer in bottom of trifle bowl or other clear bowl.

Mix in 1 cup boiling water well. Pour over cake pieces coating over all well.

Cut up fresh peaches, sliced. I use 6-8 nice size. Layer on top of cake and Jello mixture. Sprinkle peaches with sugar or Equal.

Top with lots of Cool Whip. Before serving, top with few sliced peaches on top for garnish.

This is a great diet dessert. Substitute sugar with Equal and Cool Whip with a low calorie, and Jello with sugar free.
